What we collect
We collect the name, mobile number, service type, pickup, destination, optional preferred date and time, and language that you provide with an enquiry. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive patient details.
How we use it
Authorised staff use your information to contact you, discuss availability and charges, and manage your transport or service request. An enquiry does not confirm a booking or dispatch a vehicle.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the service database and are accessible only to authorised staff. The current retention period is 90 days from submission, after which the application deletes the enquiry and its associated update history.
Cookies and your choices
We remember your language choice in your browser. Staff sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. You may call instead of submitting a form.
External services
WhatsApp and Google Maps links open external services only when you select them. Those services follow their own privacy policies.
